Rice: 2 cups (cooked)
Oil: 3-4 teaspoons
Mustard: 1 teaspoon
Cumin: 1 teaspoon
Chickpea lentil: 1 teaspoon
Fenugreek: 1/4 teaspoon
Cinnamon: 1 inch
Long (Cloves): 3-4
Curry Leaves: 10-12
Cashew: 5-6
Onion (Chopped Onion): 1 (chopped)
Green Chilli: 2 (divide into two pieces)
Tomato: 2 (chopped)
Ginger Garlic pest: 1 teaspoon
Turmeric: 1/4 teaspoon
Kashmiri Red Chilli: 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Salt: 1/2 teaspoon (to taste)
Mint leaves: (chopped)
Coriander leaves: (chopped)

Recipe:-
1. First of all place a pan on the gas and add oil to it.
2. Then add mustard seeds, cumin, fenugreek, and cinnamon, long, curry leaves, green chillies and gram lentil and roast it for a while.
3. Then add cashews to it and roast it till it turns brown. Then add the onion and cook it till it becomes brown.
4. Then add tomatoes to it and cook it on low heat.
5. Then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and salt.
6. Then add the mint leaves and mix it well.
7. After it is cooked, it will become like a paste and then add the cooked rice and mix it slowly.
8. Then cook it for 5 minutes.
9. Then add coriander leaves to it and turn off the gas.
And now take it out in a serving plate or bowl. And our hot tomato rice is ready.

Suggestion:-

First of all, you have to cook the whole food on medium heat.
If you do not like gram lentils in food, then you cannot add them.
Cook the tomatoes well.
